When it’s time to unwind, you’ll find him enjoying a good game on his Xbox or watching NASCAR and F1. Asa's unique blend of professional diligence and personal passions makes him an invaluable leader and an inspiring role model for our team.

Babita's got a double life: by day, she's a strategic thinker, driving product-market fit and growing the business. But when the workday ends, she swaps her boardroom for the gym, trading spreadsheets for writing her book and brainstorming sessions for personal development. She juggles her career with her passions for fitness, writing, and learning!

Peter Gunn has worked as a Project / Programme Manager and Head of IT Service Management for over 24 years. Outside of work Pete is raising a family and likes to balance it all with running which he admits he doesn’t do enough of, particularly when helping to build a start up like 1956 Individuals! One day there will be time to run and go exploring the world.

ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

John has a background in building long-term commercial partnerships and brings over a decade of experience working with some of the world's best known museums and visitor attractions. Outside of the office, he loves keeping up to date with the West End's latest offerings, playing boardgames with friends and travelling often to see family and friends in his native Ireland. 

REGIONAL DIRECTOR, MIDDLE EAST

Aya has been driving growth and scaling innovative ventures for over a decade in the UK and the Middle East, specialising in building international collaborations and partnerships. You will most likely spot her in an airport somewhere, both for business and pleasure. Her two young daughters are her greatest teachers in appreciating the simple pleasures of life. 

REGIONAL DIRECTOR, THE AMERICAS

Kate is a bit of a hybrid model, growing up in Africa then Australia, and now in the UK. Kate loves to spend time in the natural world, so when not outside, tends to be talking to and imagining herself inside the shoes of our clients to understand how we can best use technology to protect, transform, and grow their organisations. For Kate, working with purpose-driven people to make this all happen, is the ultimate type of connection.

ART DIRECTOR

Jason brings a wealth of experience, having worked extensively in creative lead positions in the video-game industry for over two decades, perhaps best known for co-creating the successful and beloved BAFTA winning fantasy video-game series ‘MediEvil’ for Sony PlayStation, along with a succession of hit titles for Sony, Namco and Sega.

HEAD OF TALENT

Rachel plays a crucial role in ensuring that the Company has the right people to drive its success, the right support to our team and the right chocolate to sweet ratios when organising team games . Rachel enjoys indulging in her passion for card crafting with all things dies, stamping, glitter, glue, paints and ribbons. Rachel is also an avid nature enthusiast and fascinated in volcanoes, yes she has walked on an active marine volcano. Rachel also loves animals, and yes she has stroked a Rhino and tickled a Tapir!
